Oh, Hello

I’m Rory Turner and I’m interested in toy theatres, origami, miniatures, opera, masks, book binding, printmaking, slow music, and postcards. I’m also a proud alumnus of the MacEwan Theatre Arts program (jazz hands), and a graduate of the BFA Theatre Design program at the University of Alberta. In the summer of 2021, I had my directorial debut while working on Puppet Pub Crawl at Common Ground’s Found Festival. Recent design credits include Major Barbara: a Shavian Dialogue, The Flick, The Bakkhai, Agamemnon (Bleviss Laboratory Theatre) and She Kills Monsters (Studio Theatre).
